Each patient team is managed by a physiatrist-physician who specializes in both physical medicine and rehabilitation. In addition to the physiatrist, Cobalt’s interdisciplinary teams also consist of neurologists, rehabilitation nurses, physical and occupational therapists, speech pathologists, case managers, therapeutic recreational specialists, and most importantly – family.
